Schneiders is an austrian company producer of Backpack and schoolbag since 125 years. In Schneiders I was in the role of Product and Development Designer with attention as well for all Graphic Design in print and digital material.I researched and developed new products, I worked at the new yearly brand collection, from the idea till the instructions to send to the production. I made concepts, new design and graphics requested from B2B and the marketing department. I designed icons, infographics, flyer, poster, banner and other different material for SCHNEIDERS and WALKER brands.
The “Walker” brand was founded in the 90s and quickly established itself as a synonym for cool and functional school backpacks. Walker backpacks are characterized by their high quality workmanship, qualitative use of materials and functional handling. The Walker range includes school backpacks that have an ergonomic, height-adjustable carrying system. Leisure backpacks that stand out with their cool urban design and business backpacks that cannot be surpassed in terms of functionality.
In the 1970s, the Schneiders range of goods was expanded to include school bags, which quickly became the heart of the company. With particular love and dedication, Schneiders developed functional and trendy school bags that every child in Austria loved. Today, the heart of the collection is the Toolbag Plus school bag, which has an ergonomic, height-adjustable carrying system that can be individually adapted to the size of the child. In addition, it is characterized by its original, playful design, which is a real highlight with the three-dimensional high-quality patches. The Schneiders school bags are a plus for every school child!
I developed new brochures,flyer, poster and different print material, from the concept till the realization. I created new icons and logos. For many graphics, we used recycled paper material in a way to identify the brand with the rest of graphic elements and underlining the company interest in use new recycled material for the new products collection.
I designed and developed the new hangtas for Schneiders and Walker, redesigning mostly of the icons and brand symbology. I proposed to use the recycled material to underline the new approach of the brand in the use of recycled materials for the production of the new backpacks and schoolbags. The idea to have different shapes apart from the main one of the logos is tought to give a playfull effect for the customers young and older ones.

The Pre-school collection is created for small kids from 2 till 5 years old for every day adventures. It is a creative sort of colours and illustrations for the smallest. Creation of idea, patter, illustrations and instructions for the production.
For the B2B department we have developed and worked for various customers to create products with specific requests and functions. This was the concept of a children's backpack for KTM.
During my time in Schneiders I developed numerous print and digital marketing programs (icons, brochures, flyer, newsletters, infographics, presentations and other different advertisements).
